During major snow events, dispatch times may be longer than usual since every booked driveway in the service area needs to be cleared. We work through properties as quickly and safely as conditions allow and prioritize based on booking order and storm severity.
One-time visits start at $45 for a standard 2–4 car driveway with 1–5 inches of snow, and $65 for a long 5+ car driveway. Salt is $15 extra, and a 2nd visit for the same storm is $30. See the Pricing section above for every rate.
Basic ($425, or $450 with salt) covers up to 10 visits for 1–5 inch snowfalls, with $15 added per visit for bigger storms. Premium ($600) puts you first on the route, lets you schedule visits in advance, includes salt, and comes with 2 free second visits ($35 each after that). Only 25 homes can sign up for a season package, and only 5 of those can be Premium.
Yes. You can cancel or adjust an upcoming service by contacting us before dispatch begins. If a visit has already been completed, it is not eligible for a refund. Reach out through the contact section if you need help with an existing booking.
